Act II: The Reckoning

To know thyself is the beginning of wisdom.

Excuses, excuses
Love how they ease the weight
The burden
The hardships
The toil

Tell yourself whatever lies
To see tomorrow
False hope placed in
A volatile market

Kinda sad how we don't very often
Sit back and reflect

Always looking to improve
This the masterpiece
That keeps on giving
Forever in a state of metamorphosis
